Once an asset or market (or highlight) is selected, the chart below will update, this shows the current price level, trader sentiment, payout and the countdown to expiry.

All important trading buttons are located on the right side. Here the user adjusts the trade size, selects the direction of the trade – and presses the ‘Invest’ button to confirm the trade. The open trade will appear in the ‘Open Position’ window below the price chart. Users wish they can select ‘1 click’ trades. This removes the invest button and bigger high and low buttons open trades in one click.

It is a simple and easy to use trading platform. The price chart shows the direction the market needs in order for the trade to win. This reduces the chances of trader error. As you would expect, the company uses ‘High’ and ‘Low’. ‘ on the trade button (Instead of Up/Down or Call/Put)

Trade options and assets

The options at HighLow offer traders a good choice. The asset list is not as comprehensive as some of the competing firms and this is something the brand needs to improve on.

Option Type:

  • High/Low – they have to offer these, right?Standard Binary Trading – asset value finishes above or below current price, expiration period from 15 minutes to ‘end of day’
  • High/Low Spread – higher, but the difference is the payout price and the applied price, the payout for the ‘spread’ option is 100%, however the trader has to make the spread, so if the current market price UK100’s is 7294.8 – Traders may be offered with 7295.1 going higher and 7294.5 going down. This extra margin is where the broker gets their profit enabling them to pay out 100%.
  • Turbo – Again, these follow the same process as the standard High/Low options, but Turbos are on very short timeframes, so 30 second and 1,3 or 5 minute expiries.
  • Turbo Spread – High/Low option, short term expiration – but with current market price difference and 100% payout.

High-end assets and markets

The asset list includes stocks, commodities, indices and forex. The only categories covered are The depth in other classes is less than what competing firms offer. All major indices are there. But the commodity is especially light, anyone who trades only major assets will be more than satisfied.

In late 2018, Hi-Lo took steps to manage a weak asset list and raise UK and US oil prices and indices such as the Nasdaq, S&P and CHN50. This trend continued as the brand expanded its offering. across the board
